Refund policy
Items purchased online are not eligible for returns UNLESS the item arrives defective or damaged.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at books@hspbooks.com. In your email, send pictures of the damage and a screenshot of your purchase confirmation to expedite the process. To be eligible for a return, the item must have the original tag on it and be in the same condition in which it was received.
If the return is approved, you are responsible for sending the books back (we recommend USPS Media Mail). Once we receive the item(s), you will be refunded your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
